About the Role

We’re looking for experiences Instructors who are passionate about the great outdoors and eager to inspire others. You’ll play a vital role in delivering engaging outdoor programs that empower participants through experiential learning. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a stunning location while sharing your love for adventure and the environment. 

Key Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking outdoor instructors with relevant experience and qualifications, along with a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in the industry and hold NZOIA level 1(or equivalent) qualifications, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional outdoor experiences.

Volunteering is an amazing opportunity to learn new skills, contribute to a good cause, meet new people and make a difference. We may have opportunities at our Tongariro Centre or at our Auckland Office, or at one of our many Events.

Please note, to volunteer with us you must be over 18 years old, generally commit to a minimum of one month, overseas volunteers must have a valid work visa for NZ as well as medical and travel insurance.
